I am a mental health counselor (LPCC-S) committed to helping people make positive changes in their life. I have extensive training in working with people who have experienced trauma and I have experience treating a variety of mental health concerns, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and life transitions.
I believe change occurs through a strong therapeutic relationship and I strive to create a space where you will feel safe, respected, and heard. In this environment, I will help you process thoughts, feelings, past trauma, and other deeper issues, so the healing process can begin. If you are interested in working with me, let's connect!

I have worked in a variety of settings, including community agencies and private practice, serving a diverse range of people. I have experience working with people across the lifespan, from children to older adults.
In 2023, I made the leap to open my own practice. This has given me the ability to practice in a way that alligns with my values, and work with some amazing clients!
I am deeply passionate about supporting people who have experienced trauma. I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and draw on this evidence-based approach to help clients heal and build resilience. I also have specialized training in working with individuals with ADHD—another area close to my heart. My work integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
